Important note
Order before December 1st to ensure your package arrives in time for Christmas. We offer a standard delivery time of 10 -12 business days depending on location, but please note that delays may occur during the holiday season. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days; however, once shipped, delivery times are beyond our control. Please note that we are not responsible for late packages on orders placed after December 1st.

Please note that the time frame in the table is only an estimation. As there are many uncontrollable factors in international shipping, we can't make any shipping time guarantees. We are also unable to offer return for items arrive late. Check out our full return policy

For orders shipped to Argentina, the estimated delivery time is 30-45 business days. However, please note that customs clearance is required, and you may need to assist in the process by providing necessary documents or paying applicable duties.
If customs procedures are not completed in time, your order may face further delays beyond the estimated timeframe. To ensure a smooth and timely delivery, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the local customs authorities.

To ensure smooth shipping and quick customs clearance, please provide the recipient's name in Korean for the delivery address. The name must match exactly with the name registered in the personal customs clearance code.Please note for Kazakhstan

DELIVERY INFORMATION
- Delivery Delays: During busy sale periods or new collection launches, your order may not always be delivered within the specified delivery timeframes. We are unable to provide compensation to customers for any unexpected delays with your delivery once the item has been despatched from our warehouse.
- Customs Charges: The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. MyCityGirl is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.

All our products are directly shipped from our warehouse abroad, with our supplier.
Please be aware of potential delays due to holidays and strikes. Since the order fits through the mailbox in most countries, you don’t need to stay home for delivery.
Address information
It’s important to provide accurate information when checking out. Please ensure you enter a real and complete first and last name, without using a company name. Incomplete or incorrect names can lead to inspection at customs and affect the delivery time of your package. It can also result in the loss of packages, for which we cannot be held responsible.
Ensure you enter your address correctly. Once we have shipped your package (within 2 days) we cannot make any changes.
Cancellation
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order according to our refund policy.
